Note: We do not store complete card details on our servers.
3. Recurring Payments & Cancellation Procedure

By opting for recurring payments, you authorize us and our payment service provider to automatically charge your selected payment method at the agreed frequency.
3.2 Cancellation / Deactivation
You may cancel recurring payments through any of the following methods:
Logging into your account and navigating to Account Settings > Subscriptions
Using the cancellation option provided by the payment service provider (e-mandate / UPI AutoPay)
Contacting our customer support team
Cancellation requests must be made at least 5 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
4. User Fees & Charges
We do not charge any additional fees for standard payment methods unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Any convenience fees, processing fees, or EMI charges (if applicable) will be clearly disclosed before payment confirmation.
Banks or payment service providers may levy additional charges (such as EMI interest or wallet fees) as per their own terms and conditions.
5. Chargebacks, Refunds & Dispute Resolution
5.1 Chargebacks
Users may initiate a chargeback through their bank or card issuer in cases of:

- Unauthorized transactions
- Duplicate payments
- Non-receipt of products or services (subject to verification)
Chargebacks are governed by the rules of the respective bank, card network, or payment service provider.
5.2 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund timelines generally range from 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method and banking partner.
